Shipping policy

All items dispatched by Mysareeshop.co.uk are tracked, hand delivered or sold at an event. Items posted via a courier will have a tracking number which will be shared with you from our online portal also confirming the dispatch of the item.

 

COVID-19 Policy (updated April 2023)

We understand these are incredibly troubling and uncertain times for all of us, so we wanted to reach out to you, our community, and reassure you that we are taking all necessary steps to continue to make sure our staff and customers are looked after.

The health, safety and wellbeing of our teams and customers during this time is our priority, as a result no new orders will be processed. Any items that are in stock will be available for purchase and dispatch, although the product range available will be very limited when compared to the range available online. Please enquire by contacting us. 

Our distribution hub is kept clean throughout the day with regular cleaning practises, provision of extra extra soap, hand sanitizer and cleaning materials. Our couriers have also introduced no contact deliveries for all our customers.
